The hotel Flora’s fitness center – Technogym provides all our guests with the opportunity to work out by themselves or with the assistance of a personal trainer in this ultra-modern gym.
It is equipped with a wide range of fitness machines like motorised treadmill
(Cardio), the exercise bike for cardiovascular training , the Kinesis Personal to develop your motor skills , free weights and The Unica, a multi gym bench and the most complete piece of wellness equipment for the muscle development.
The centre also houses the GYROTONIC® VENICE, studio specialized in instruction in GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, a movement methodology invented by Juliu Horvath that guides users to simultaneously stretch and strengthen muscles and tendons while also articulating and mobilizing the joints (additional charge).
