How to Reach Hotel Flora
From Santa Lucia Train Station or Piazzale Roma
Reaching Hotel Flora from Santa Lucia train station or the Piazzale Roma parking area is simple:
- Take Vaporetto (waterbus) Line 1 to either Santa Maria del Giglio or San Marco-Vallaresso. From there, the hotel is just a three-minute walk.
Alternatively, take a water taxi for a direct and scenic arrival. We recommend using only licensed water taxis, identifiable by a yellow stripe and a license number along the side of the boat. Be sure to confirm the fare before boarding.
From Venice Marco Polo Airport
There are several options to reach the hotel from the airport:
- Take a private water taxi directly to Hotel Flora.
- Use the Alilaguna shuttle service:
- Orange Line to Santa Maria del Giglio
- Blue Line to Saint Mark’s Square
- From either stop, the hotel is just a three-minute walk.
If traveling by land, take the ACTV or ATVO shuttle bus to Piazzale Roma, then board Vaporetto Line 1 to Santa Maria del Giglio or San Marco-Vallaresso. From there, it’s a short walk to the hotel.
Arriving by Car
We recommend parking at Garage San Marco in Piazzale Roma or Garage Tronchetto on Tronchetto Island. Advance reservations are advisable.
